Annual Membership Drive

Dear Chapter Members and Community Friends:

          The Delaware Chapter of People To People International invites you to renew your membership or to join us for 2009 at this time. We believe that you are interested in International Affairs and encourage you to help us bring about increased contact with ideas and issues around the world and share them with the community.

Membership Form and Dues:

          Please take a moment to complete the Membership Application and mail it to us along with your check. Your dues support programs and mailings. By being a member of the Delaware Chapter, you are automatically a member of PTPI.  

          We really appreciate “Pacesetter” members who generously give larger amounts that help to financially strengthen our Chapter. As we are a 501 (c)(3) organization, your contribution is tax deductible as provided by law.

Programming Efforts:

          Foremost among our activities are our Programs, which are shown on our Programs page. They cover the whole range of affairs and reach out to adults and children as well. This year we partner with Wilmington First Night to bring international awareness to young students. This past summer, about 140 Delaware area students traveled abroad through the PTPI organized Student Ambassador program. In September, we were oversubscribed to our unique school kit building experience of Operation of Iraqi Children and had a repeat visit by Mary Jean Eisenhower.

          We would value your involvement as a member, either new or renewing, and would like you to participate in our programs and serve on our committees. Your input and your membership help assure the Chapter’s ability to offer significant programs to members and the community at large.
