Guest speakers: Ashley M. Stewart U.S. Department of State
Ashley Stewart joined the State Department in 2009. In August 2010, she joined the Civil Service and continued her work in the Office of West African Affairs in the Bureau of African Affairs. Ms. Stewart currently serves as a Desk Officer for Liberia and Benin. In this role, she serves as the point person for all matters relating to Liberia and Benin, working to further U.S. diplomatic efforts. Ms. Stewart previously served as Desk Officer for Senegal and Togo.
Ms. Stewart has a B.A in International Studies from Emory University and a Master in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
